Driftless SW Wisconsin | We worked one of two groups today which included moving this group's fleckvieh bull to the winter bull pasture. He'll be there with a retained bull calf until about July 1 bull-in day.
I really like the way this young bull has filled out despite the fact he has had zero corn since his arrival in June. Here's a picture of him as he stepped off the trailer today and into the bull pasture after getting his fall shots and pour. I'm looking forward to seeing his Fleckvieh/Hereford cross calves in the spring.
