Subject: JD 4440 lost hyds


sw MN		Suddenly no hyd and has very little brakes or steering.
It drives fine.

Hyd filter and suction screen are clean.

I checked the Pressure control valve.
But no oil going to it.

I need to get a destroying screw for the pump to try to bring it back to life.
Is there anything else I should check before pulling the main pump?
