S.E. Iowa | I put some posts on here awhile back about former owner not leaving. I, in error wrote that it states "as soon as the crop comes out or Dec31". It really reads "as soon as the crop comes out but not later than Dec31". He is still there and has cows there. He has taken about every gate, pulled posts, and rolled up high tensile wire and left countless DEF jugs everywhere. His cows are in a lot that has continously fence panels. He installed them when he rented the place and they are still there. He bought the place on auction didn't do anything to it. The fence panels along with gates were/ are mostly wired on. Can he take the wired on stuff? He can't take the Cobett waterers right now because of the frost and if he tried I would get legal proceedings going. He has really let us down as a person as far as his farming practices and ambition I thought he was much better than he is.
