SW MO | What weird foods do you enjoy? For me as a snack every now and then, a peanut butter and mayonnaise or peanut butter and pickle sandwich. (I had both today, thats what stirred the thought)
On traditional holiday foods for Christmas, we really embrace our Swedish heritage. Oyster stew for the main dish with cheese and pickled herring on the side and for dessert is Orange Caca which is a Swedish dessert layered navel oranges, cinnamon rolls, and homemade whipped cream and sprinkles. In the old country it was made with lingonberries and we've made it that way a couple of times, its pretty good.
