I bid on a nice bunch of black baldy replacement heifers yesterday and I got to thinking after the fact, how much of a premium should fancy heifers (replacement) quality fetch? This particular group wound up about .15 over feeder price and they weighed mid 5. Just curious, my mind has been going 90 to nothing after they ran through.
