After reading and hearing all of the horror stories of health insurance rate increases we cringed when we got our new rates today. BCBS through a group plan. The rate increase was 4.2% increase. My sons premiums went up $7.00 a month and my wife's premium went up $32.OO a month. Needless to say we we were pleasantly surprised.
