Medford, OK | Bought a pasture from my grandfather a year ago. Chunk of pasture is covered in scrap iron, old broke down machinery etc. I want to get it cleaned up to make room for my future plans on pasture. When it comes to who gets the scrap check, should it go to my grandfather or me? Be no cost to clean up iron as I have a contractor in mind that does a cleanup turnkey jobs such as this. No language in land purchase agreement on if ownership transfers to new land owner.
