southern Illinois | With all the health care costs rising out of control some of it is for a reason. Mom was cleaning house and found my baby book that she had made years ago and gave it to me.
Looking through it I found the hospital bill. Looks like I was worth about 92 bucks! Hospital costs have risen a little since 1962. Our last son was born in 93 and was about 6000. I have no idea how much a baby born today costs.
Edit: does anyone have any idea how much health insurance cost in 1962? Mom said we didn't have any then.
