Subject: Grazing Milo stalks

Central Kansas
Have the opportunity to graze Milo stalks just cut and ready to go. Cows come off pasture November 1 and would like to preg and dump on the stalks. Milo was planted at a high seed rate on accident landowner said. It looks good lots of foliage. My concern is if I can put out there before a hard frost? Looks like warm temps for a while yet. What have you all done in past?... Tia
