I am building a 40 X 84 pole building on an 8 inch thick concrete wall. The wall will be 4 ft in the ground on a 16 inch wide footing with 4 ft above ground. How much rebar would you put in the wall? Is 1/2inch rebar 3 ft on center for the vertical and horizontal spacing suffice? This is on good solid clay in NE Iowa. Thanks
