Cen IL | I received a ticket in the mail for going 70 in a 55 MPH speed zone near ave. J on I-380 northbound. Was not a construction zone. Ticket time was 10:18 in the morning, but the picture was from 5:30 in the afternoon when I was headed southbound. I can easily tell, because the contents in the pickup bed were not in there when I was northbound. So if the picture is not of the time when I was northbound, how can I be sure the ticket is even legit ? Is this a revenue scheme for the C R police dept ? | |
