If a good, trusted neighbor sees the surveyors on your land and finds out you are going to put it up for sale, then approaches you about it and you decide to quote a price, what form would you use to do so?

 For quoting only. There are some verbally agreed upon conditions that should be in writing and signed. Dont need a lawyer for this initial quotation, just want  it to look better than the back of an old co-op receipt. Not that there's anything wrong with the back of a receipt................................
