Not surprising with the vast bias on this site that Jack Yantis was "murdered" in cold blood the results came back end of July.

As I suspected he went flying into the situation with an attitude and was pointing his rifle at everything and everyone.  Also something I should have guessed but didn't he had a blood alcohol level of .104.  Was told repeatedly to lower his weapon while pointing/swaying it at first responders, his wife and the complete crash site.  With officers backs to him goes up and shoots the bull in the head, after repeatedly being told to lower his rifle by another officer and all hell breaks loose after that.

Yet another police confrontation where, if he had just complied, he would still be alive.  I am sure the majority will say it is all BS and a frame up and he was murdered and as I say every time I wonder if they'd say the same if he was a black guy wearing a hoody and this happened in a ghetto with say an injured Pitbull, I bet not.
