Aggieland		My wife told me tonight we need to buy a new mattress (I agree) and that we have enough cash to buy a "good" one. I told her I've heard great things about temperpidic (sp) but not sure they are in the "what I think we can afford." price range. I said I'd ask on Ag talk and she replied "that's just what we need, 1500 different recomendations, maybe you should put it on Facebook". Didn't want to break her heart but I don't put much stock into anything posted on face book even by my "friends" typically.

I can tell you for sure that I am not a fan of sleep number beds. Me and ol Paul Harvey are gonna have to agree to disagree on that! I liked most everything he ever recommended but those beds kill my back.

Sealy mattresses are made not too far from here in Brenham last I remember, they may be the same as Temperpidic now? Our current bed is a king size Denver mattress brand that I've had for 12 years now. They say the life is only 10 years but I like to test the recommendations.

So give me your recomendations and we'll see if we can get to 1500 ;-)
