Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | I was shopping in Menards today and saw 60 watt equivalent, 800 lumen LED lightbulbs on sale for $2.98. I picked up a few and wondered if that was $3 each or $3 per 2 pack ? I checked my slip after checking out, it was $2.98 per 2 pack, just under a buck fifty each. Light Science brand. That's 10% of what I paid for them just 3 years ago. Time will tell how long they might last
BTW, the package now advertises a more realistic 4.6 years estimated life at 3 hrs per day.
At 10 watts in and 800 lumens out, that's pretty quick payback on a $1.49 bulb.
