We have finished wheat harvest and dc beans are in the ground . I still have 50 acres that I would like to grow some type of forage on . Neighbors grow a bmr sorghum behind silage chopped in late July , kinda leaning that way , but a short season corn has crossed my mind also .
Anybody planting a forage crop to chop behind wheat harvest. Any suggestions appreciated.
