Subject: from No-Till to Till: I want to learn....not defend or attack

Ohio
I appreciate the post below ('waving goodbye to no till, Can't say I'm sad').

My request. Throughout the year, I'd like to hear from any operator moving field(s) from No-Till to Till. Pros and Cons of:
-Weed Pressure (especially resistant weeds)
-Spraying tactics
-Soil type and moisture (especially if you experience drought)
-Pest pressure
-Input cost (up or down)
-YEILD

I'd like to learn from others actual experience. I don't want to defend an existing practice.
I acknowledge the theories.....evidence and Universities. But I want to hear from the guys that recently tried something different.

We've been near 100% no-till since I left for school (1984). Now I feel a few of our fields and practices would benefit from regular tillage.
If you elect to share via NewAgTalk.....GREAT (preferred method) ! If you don't want to put it out for all to read (and some to criticize), then [email protected].

Thanks in Advance
