Went to flush out yesterday. The flush/rinse system would not draw water out of the rinse water tank. checked the plug that plugs into the actuator. Pin A has 12V, pin B is ground, pin C does not show voltage when rinse switch is activated. Rinse switch on remote panel has 12V. Where/how does this work? IS there a relay somewhere? TIA
