I have a old 1970s Cummins V-6 motor with a PT injection pump. I would like to put a electronic tach on it instead of the mechanical on it now that has failed . A tach only lasts about 300-400 hrs before failing. Does anybody have any ideas I would really like to know how fast it is running.
