My wife made a huge mistake and answered a 'spam' email on her computer.  Now she gets 100-200 spam emails a day. 

Is there a way, in the outlook program, to receive email from ONLY from those addresses listed in the address book?

Any other suggestions to stop this crap besides individually blocking all these senders?
