Subject: Need ideas where I went wrong 4020 rebuild

Northwest Ohio
I've been rebuilding our 1966 John Deere 4020. Complete out of frame overhaul used John Deere kit, head remachined, valves, guides, seats etc. Crank checked good so it was just polished up. Well I finally got it all back together and ready to fire up today and after not much cranking it fired up..... But I have no oil pressure! At local dealers advice we replaced the oil pump with a remanufactured one from Deere and I assume it has to be turning since the injection pump is obviously working. I've had it running 4 or 5 different times for a total of probably 1 minute and nothing at the gage and no sign of oil on the top end. I know I lined up the cam bearing oil holes and I blew out the oil passages as good as I could after washing the block. I don't know how the oil flows throughout the engine for sure and am at a loss. Anyone have any ideas of something stupid I could have easily overlooked or where you would start??? Any help would be greatly appreciated

****EDIT****. I did remember to put oil in it!!! Lol
