Subject: When is cracking corn cost prohibitive

Nebraska
I usually buy 150 bu. at a time to feed a few 7 wts for freezer. The ocal feed store charges 25¢/bu to crack. All of the articles I have read base it off of 10¢/bu to crack. Would it be cheaper just to feed them a little more whole shelled corn Instead of paying to get cracked?
