Subject: yield maps showing positive legacy of past management

I am working on a presentation for the Soil Health Conference in Ames, IA (Feb 2&3 - http://register.extension.iastate.edu/soilhealth) and would like to include a yield map showing the positive legacy of an old fence row, pasture, barn lot... or perhaps some other spatially distinct practice that was discontinued years ago but continues to have a positive impact on yield.

I am also considering including a yield & fertility map pair showing a clear inverse relationship between yield and fertility i.e., highest yielding areas have lowest P and/or K levels

Do any of you have good examples of these situations that you would be willing to share?

All sources of images included in my presentation will be acknowledged (unless you don't want to be) and could even be compensated with purple and gold popcorn :)
