Near St. Joseph Mo. and Linneus Mo. | Went to a Land auction Near Cameron Mo. on Sat. Land was in grass hay for last 8-10 yrs. Wasn't hayed last year. Buildings were of no real value house was Ok rented for 575/month. Had good fences. 80 acres 72 tillable. Sold by the gross dollar I left after first break had other things to do. Brought 300,000 When I left. I thought it was far to much.
