![](/profile/get-photo.asp?memberid=49624&type=profile&rnd=663) West Middletown | I am learning more everyday about my "New To Me" Hagie 2100 Sprayer. In recent days, I posted regarding the leveling valves and have learned to disassemble, clean, etc. and finally have them all working.
Found out the hard way this morning that if the front suspension strokes all the out, the steering cylinders bind and jam into the steering arms. Now that it has been welded and reinstalled, I am wondering if my cylinders are on correctly.
Has anyone had any similiar experiences with the front suspension on these machines??
The steering cylinder rods on my sprayer point toward the rear of the machine. The stationary end of the cylinder is pointing forward and that is where a "Pinch-point" occured causing the steering knuckled to break off. | |
