Heres the Feb Monthly continuation chart and my comments fwiw.

123115  LEG16 Feb Monthly continuation  End oYear  clo 136.80  up 6.75  for the Month   from 130.05
               Dec Bar painted Spike to 116.975 and closed Hi Range - bounce off 100ma -
                This low has potential to be suppt,
               If one considers the Dec 2009 low 92.95 to be the beginning of the big Rally to Nov Hi at 171.65 -
               A 50% Retracement would be 125.175 -  this objective was reached in Dec.
               If Feb holds around 120 on a Retest, and challenges the Hi -
               I would Not say that We couldn't see another leg higher at some point
                this is Monthly - so takes Time to paint the picture - Have to see how it unfolds.
