C-IL		long time follower of this site, first time posting

Attended 3 auctions over past 5 weeks in cumberland county IL. todays auction results

80 acres (all tillable) $12,500 local farmer purchased
115 acres (112 tillable) $11,700 local hog operation

avg yields corn 175-210 last 5 years (ignoring 2012)
avg bean yields 47-65 "

room full of old money, but only 2 hands went in the air today
