deep SW On. | On Mackinac Island on the weekend and talked with an Iowa pork producer and Southern Ill. corn guy and neither was very happy with prices. So if ethanol,dairy,hogs (smithfields lost a bunch of $$ last yr.) are struggling like the Grains & oil seeds guys maybe prices are were they need to be for everyone too suvive? FWIW there was an "older" fellow from Lancaster cty. ,Pa. and he wondered if there was any Ag. production in Canada as it being so far North & cold...duh!!! | |
