swohio
Have finally thrown towel in on trying to get last of beans planted. Have tried for a month. Hate to take PP, but fields are mud. So, I live in SW Ohio. Have a lot of left over cereal rye from last year. Going to test for germ here shortly. I have never planted PP ac. with cereal rye before. I know I don't want it real tall this fall. Will not be grazed. Is middle of Sept. too early? Have planter annual rye then and worked well. So what would be a good starting time? Thanks.
