Thought I would share the results of a brief bit of land market analysis I did (considering corn at $3.75 and interest rates as low as they are) below is the distribution of farmland values in Iowa for all parcels as well as parcels > 40 acres. I also posted the highest and lowest parcel values for parcels growing corn/soy with the lucky winner of the former being in Plymouth County near Merrill and the latter being in Decatur county near Garden Grove.
