SE KS | Ran to Tulsa to pick up a bale trailer. On the adkins diet so can go to beach this winter with my bride; so eating a ton of meat. Stopped to get fuel and all they had were chicken strips and gizzards, no beef of course. Decided to eat a little yard bird. Got to the counter and paid $1.79 for the little strip below, $8.95/ lbs. You can buy kc strips at local meat market for $7.99! Shook my head and drove on down the road.
