NE MO | Quick question for you feeders out there... I'm taking care of about 50 head of cows for my mother since dad passed a few years ago. He always vacinated with 5-way and 7-way in the spring and then in the fall a month before the sale. When reading the posts of some of the calf feeders on here they always vacinate when they get a load of calves in... seems like a lot of stress on the calves systems to be vacinated here and then a month later they get another round. Do I need to vacinate the second round? Seems a little redundant and maybe hard on the calves... just thinkin'... that always gets me in touble :) | |
