I have learned alot about this pressure washer latley, after removing the valves as per 4WD's recommendation everything seemed okay. I pulled the head off and checked the pistons and packings, all okay. Put it back together and still the same, no rev up but the pressure would spike with the trigger off as unloader was operating correctly. So i took the throttle valve apart and it seemed okay as well. Turns out the throttle cable was loose in the set screw that holds it to the throttle arm on the Honda engine. After some cable adjustment and patience I can get about 1800psi out of it. I am more than happy with it as its better than it was before but I'm sure not as good as new.
