Subject: T rail duals, snap on vs. economy clamp? Spacing?

Statesville, NC
Thinking about putting dual wheels on a tractor, and wondering if there is any advantage to the snap on lever clamps over the economy clamp? They probably won't be taken off often, and if they are it will be at the shop where I have air impact wrenches. The tractor has power adjust rims on it now. Other than the eyes shown in this link is there any better way to attach to a power adjust wheel? http://www.umequip.com/wheels/dual-and-triple/rear-4wd-t-rail/ The tractor is a 5455 MF with flange axles. I will most likely be using 15.5-38 or 16.9-38. It will have 14-38 rims. Another question, if the spacer band is 10", how far apart will the edges of the rims be? I want them fairly close.
