Planting oats as a cover crop for grassy seeding. When should a person fertilize it? Before plowing then the fertilizer would be deeper for when the roots get deeper and plants are more mature or after plowing? Also I hook the drill behind the disk to get rid of the tire tracks so it would be incorporated slightly.
