Subject: outback s

I just purchased a tractor with outback S in it. The display starts and runs through the menu but I am getting No Signal. It seems the cable is connected to the antenna , I disconnect and connected both ends . Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong thanks in advance And are you or where you happy with outback gps.
