Subject: difference in emergence timing

IL
I spent some time digging my con that has been in the ground a couple weeks now. I am finding differences in germination stages. Planting conditions were perect. Soil is still 48 deg today after the cool week.
the particulars:
Spring strip COC
165 units of N incorporated in the strip mixed in soil , via 32%
seed size large rounds
depth, 1.75"
seed tag germ test 93%

What I am finding is 80% of the seeds are at spike at the soil surface. The rest of the seeds are any where to 1" shorter in spike, to just sprouting. The ones that concern me the most are those just sprouting. They will be several days behind and not as productive, if any. Trying to watch details that could help me in the future.
I did flag some of those seeds that are behind in growth, so I can watch them in the future

I did have some seed come in flats. They've been in the ground a week and all I found are sprouting. I will check in a week to see if they are at an even stage
