![](/profile/get-photo.asp?memberid=754&type=profile&rnd=54) West Central Iowa | The controller manual shows 2 different plumbing diagrams for a centrifugal pump with the 844E Teejet controller. Putting the regulating valve in a separate bypass line, as shown in the first picture, requires another fitting on the tank which I don't have room for. Plus, my setup is saddle tanks so that's is 2 extra tank fittings. The other method shown in the second picture, puts the regulating valve after the flowmeter in the sprayer line, thus only needing 2 tank fittings. This is the same diagram Raven shows in the 440 contoller. My question is which is the preferred method or how is your sprayer contoller/pump plumbed?
