From the local WI NWS forecast.  Not a wheel turned around here. Today's 70% is more like 110% with a cold driving rain, heavy at times, most of the morning and into the afternoon. Over an inch yesterday. I t looks like most of MN and points N & W are in the same pattern.

Sort of the direct opposite of the big dry in the SW. I wish we could share some with you folks there.
