If I employ someone and they don't perform as asked, they will be asked to do better, and if they don't they would be fired. Same goes for a dealer. The farmer is your employer. IF you don't perform for us, whether that is in price or service, you can bet we will find someone else that will work for us and give us the results we are looking for. It's easy math.
