Is veal still readily available? Very seldom ever see it in any groceries around here, unless you go to a specialty shop. I know it's not very PC around here, in a liberal college town.

Hard to find Tri-Tip too, the butcher at Publix tells me they put it out on occasion, but nobody buys it and they end up grinding it into burger meat.

I asked one meat cutter at a local grocery chain about it and he said he never heard of it. I pointed it out to him on his meat cutting diagram.
