| I have an Econar geothermal heat pump as a heat source in our house. We live in MN and have had a very cold winter. We are heating a 5200 sq. ft house. The last two months our electric bills have been $800.00/mo. I figure about 550 of that would be to run the heat pump. This is the only type of heat we have ever had so I really don't know if we are saving money over what natural gas would have been. I am wondering if anyone else is running a geo heat pump and what kind of electric bills you are seeing? | |
