I used purple drywall for basement finish plus kitchen cabinet utility room area for moisture control. It is more moisture resistant and MOLD resistant. BUT bottom line is white primer doesnt cover it too well.
So should I cover last of purple hint showing thru with a second coat? or will the paint coat finish it off? 3 or 4 trips with the paint roller over a whole house with new drywall,,,is going to make my body hate me.
