Free markets & thoughts are good too, as most of us have different strategies and sometimes different goals.
FROM WHAT I HEAR....the spring wheat situation...is not a matter of cashing in...someone in the mix actually wants the wheat. In my experience, if it were completely speculative, some folks with administrative power would pay a quiet visit.
NEXT, AND I HAVE MENTIONED THIS BEFORE.....Chgo soft red stks to usage is very tight. And, as of last wednesday....large & small specs were short 112,866 contracts & long 74,068 of the old crop....commercials own the difference. Of course, that situation may have changed these past few days.
Out of position hedges can be a stickler sometimes. | |
