IL | The farm is moving forward from just having autosteer on our main tillage tractor. We currently have a jd planter tractor and kinze planter, along with a case comibine that already runs a ag leader yield monitor in it. We have great ag leader service in our area so I am leaning in that direction. I am thinking of running OnTrac2+ for the steering so we could transfer it to our sprayer tractor if we wanted. I was then thinking a integra or insight display and for the reciever a ag leader 2500 or trimble 252. We can't afford paradyme right now but i didn't know if having the trimble so we could lock RTK is a good option. Also what unlocks would we need to buy or look for if buying used on the displays to have autosteer, and maybe next year clutches on our planter. Sorry for the lengthy post. Thanks in advance. | |
