i've got a pretty well known grain farm family in my area building a couple of the Quad Barns. at one time i knew a good friend whos boss build a couple. they seemed like a good short term deal, but a lot of uncertainty in the long term.

how long will these companies guarantee the barn owners the leases, as well as the price? They've got a lot of $ wrapped up in these barns and i'm wondering how long they make take to see ROI?

they are huge competitors in the cash rent world and i'm wondering (and hoping) if this will slow down there row crop expansion financially? although all that free manure would be SWEET!!!!!
