Subject: Precision training for operators

Does any of our states have any standards of performance to get this high tech working for farmers? We hear on agtalk forums if you have a good dealer you are ok ,, we hear of systems not working the first year.
Seems like farmers depend on agtalk for info, which helps many.
We see ISOBUS in becoming the norm in the future.
Simple question
How long does it take the average farmer with reasonable tech learning ability, to master getting this tech integrated working to a degree as advertised by the manufacturer
Is there any groups or agency to protect farm consumers to minimum satisfaction for these machinery operators
