western iowa,by Denison | Guess I cant tarp up to 4jfarms standards either-earlage last years,2 year old wet cracked corn and 3 year old earlage out of stave silo,relined the stave silos 5 years ago-pressure washed the inside off and then hand trowelled the plaster back on-The guy from Anamosa silo said the old white Hansen silo's were some of the best concrete stave silos made-the feed keeps really good when you retrowel them-tried gunite and it came off the first silo filled after that job so had to replaster by hand-$100 a foot to replaster them,about 3/8ths to 1/2 inch thick
