S.E. Iowa | I had a land lady tell me some people stopped and asked about putting a tower up on her property. There was 8 people in this "contingent" so she is assuming they are serious. One of the guys have called back and said it is a slow process and that they are still interested. She was either told or left with the impression that the rent for 30 years would be 500 per month. The area would be 100 x 100 and need a small road. She asked me what I thought and I said I would put something on here. The company is Verizon. I actually had someone ask me about putting one up here at my home and their address was in the World Trade Centers and I never heard back from them after 9/11. At that time it was 6 or 7 hundred a month. Any advice would be appreciated! | |
