Subject: Trimble FMX Controlling a Sprayer Problems

I have a Trimble FMX on a new Case IH 4430 sprayer without aim and I am having some issues. I have Turbo Drop TDXL 03 nozzle. I am trying to go 10-13 MPH and get 10 gallons/acre down. They calibrated the machine with the Throttle valve open and the throttle valve closed. I have used both of the profiles (throttle valve open/throttle valve closed) and I can't get it to hold. With the throttle valve closed it holds the closest to 10gpa. With it closed, I can't hold the rate at all at 10MPH (usually 8-9 gpa). The display keeps signaling a warning that I need to do a re calibration as the intended rate is not getting applied. Anyone have any ideas on which way to turn to get this fixed? Thanks in advance!
